New York - Yardi Specialist
Position Summary
Stellar Management is seeking to fill a high level Information Technology position within our organization that will support the Stellar Team throughout our portfolio. This position oversees, manages and provides Yardi expertise and support for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Yardi helpdesk support of 220 users on Voyager 6.0
- SQL and Crystal report analysis and creation for standard and Ad Hoc reports
- SQL server and web server maintenance
- Refine and create functions and/or processes based on business and operational requirements
- Interact with functional areas and implement software solutions
- Diagnose and resolve database operation problems
- Interact with various Department heads and *C" level personnel
- Perform such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL 2005 Database Environment mandatory
- Proficiency in Transact SQL (T SQL) and SQL Scripting
- Strong Knowledge of Various Report Writing tools and technologies such as Crystal / XML
- Experience with helpdesk support environment
- Knowledge of Residential Property Management and Accounting helpful
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager 6.0 a plus; ability to adapt to needs of Yardi based environment
- BS in IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Classic ASP and or ASP.Net / C# knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Credentials and Experience
Bachelors Degree Required; 5+ Years of Yardi Experience Preferred
