LEASING PROFESSIONAL
Lucrative Commissions with No Cap – aggressive comp structure makes $156,000 / year achievable at our larger properties!
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently expanding our Leasing Team throughout our portfolio and seeking dynamic leaders to increase awareness about our luxury apartment communities in Chicago, Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Maryland.
A position in Leasing offers the opportunity for you to use your people skills and sales expertise to connect with potential as well as current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention. You will be the main point of contact with all our customers.
Income Potential is easily $60,000 - $100,000 or more depending on property size and your effectiveness!
Although similar to the educational and comparative nature of luxury item sales and the consultative nature of real estate sales, marketing high end apartment homes will specifically require you to:
- Greet customers and Tour our high-end apartment community.
- Explain amenities and pricing and Close leases.
- Process incoming lease applications, run credit verifications, track all prospective tenants, and Follow up on all leads.
- Generate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: Craig’s List postings, community outreach, brokers, and property tours.
- Prepare lease documentation and conduct lease signings.
- Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, and transfers to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
- Handle or assist in lease renewals.
- Utilize Yardi to make all updates necessary including new tenant information and vacancies.
- Shop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports, sales and marketing plans.
- Assist Property Manager in achieving net operating income and occupancy goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up for all resident service requests.
Weekends are required. This is an extremely lucrative commission-based sales/marketing opportunity for a polished, professional individual.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful candidate should have:
- High school diploma, some college preferred.
- Experience within the Real Estate industry and/or customer service or sales background within luxury goods or services such as car sales, travel, advertising, furniture, or any high end retailer.
All candidates must be excellent communicators, self-disciplined, positive, energetic, resourceful, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
