LEASING PROFESSIONAL
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently expanding our Leasing Team throughout our portfolio and seeking dynamic leaders to increase awareness about our luxury apartment communities in Chicago, Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Maryland.
A position in Sales/Resident Services offers the opportunity for you to use your people skills and sales expertise to connect with potential residents to achieve maximum occupancy. You will be the front line contact for all of our prospects.
As a Stellar Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Leasing apartments; Generating prospect traffic through marketing efforts which include Craig’s List postings, community outreach, brokers, and property tours
- Following up on leads, shopping the competition, and assisting with preparation of leasing reports, sales and marketing plans
- Providing stellar customer service to current and prospective residents
- Explaining amenities, pricing and closing leases
- Processing incoming lease applications, running credit verifications, tracking all prospective tenants
- Preparing lease and move-in documentation, conducting lease signings
- Coordinating move ins and move outs
- Performing a variety of property management office functions as requested by management to include working on renewing current residents
Weekends are required. This is a great opportunity for a polished, professional individual.
QUALIFICATIONS:
An ideally qualified candidate will have:
- College (preferred)
- Bi-lingual ability a plus (Korean, Spanish)
- Minimum 1 year Sales/Customer service experience with recorded sales performance in a multifamily environment, hospitality services, or high end retailer such as Nordstrom
- Ability to make outgoing calls to prospects and schedule multiple appointments
- Sales/Customer service of luxury goods or services such as car sales, gym/spa memberships, dating service, travel, advertising, or for any high end retailer
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; Yardi and On-Site experience is a plus!
All candidates must be excellent communicators, self-disciplined, positive, energetic, resourceful, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
