What to do on MLK Day in NYC

In honor of Dr. Kings day which first observed on January of 1986, we are reminded of his legacy that caused the civil rights, nonviolent and community service. There are plenty of things to see and experience in New York City. Check out Harlem, with many of the best restaurant.

Opened in 1968, it was the first black fine-arts museum in the country.

Dr. King’s final manuscript, “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?” details his plans about amending wage inequality, preventing poverty and improving housing and education for the African-American community.
