NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE HOUSING
Stellar Management is currently developing our corporate housing program. We are seeking a bright, organized leader to focus specifically on off-site marketing outreach to establish this program. . The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work with and generate business through small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies who need short term housing for their executives, specifically those in need of 60+ day accommodations.
The National Director will be responsible for selling temporary or rental housing to the business community, specifically to relocation, human resources, training and travel departments in local and national companies, and to increase awareness about our luxury apartment communities in Chicago, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, Los Angeles, San Francisco and surrounding areas. Candidates must have proven success and the ideal candidate will "hit-the-ground-running", generating leads and closing business. Responsibilities include cold calls, time management, building relationships with company contacts, and delivering business to our communities.
EXPECTATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The National Director of Corporate Housing will have or be required to be:
- Professional, high energy, and have a multi-tasking personality with proven sales track record in a relationship building industry
- Proven ability to work with and generate business through small, medium and Fortune 500 companies who need short term housing for their executives, specifically those in need of 30+ day accommodations
- Corporate Housing and/or Real Estate industry experience a plus but not required
- Proactive attitude to hit-the-ground-running, generate leads and close business
- Proven success at finding and closing new business opportunities
- Be effective at overcoming resistance and possess the ability to sell value not price
- Professionally represent Stellar Management
- All candidates must be excellent communicators, self-disciplined, positive, energetic, resourceful, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
- Bachelors Degree or higher

COMPENSATION
This position is 100% commissions driven. Qualified and successful candidates should expect to earn $75,000 to $175,000 annually.
