SKYLINE TERRACE – MAINTENANCE TECH
We are currently expanding our Maintenance Team throughout our portfolio and seeking a MAINTENANCE Tech for a small 138 unit Class A property near San Francisco.

Our Maintenance Technicians handle the service requests and general maintenance requests for the apartment community and completes assignments as directed by the supervisor.
As a maintenance tech, you will be required to:
- Troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
- Perform general maintenance on turnover units and common areas
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including trash removal, lawn upkeep, and snow removal
- Identify and correct hazardous property conditions
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Do general maintenance work and repairs to include painting, drywall , plumbing, appliance, electrical and HVAC
- Monitor and change locks and make keys as necessary
- Monitor and replace lights as necessary
- Be on-call occasionally
- Perform such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management
A successful candidate should have:
- At least two years of multifamily property maintenance or related experience.
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, appliance and HVAC repair.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds or more.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry wide variety of items and equipment of varying weights, shapes, and sizes.
- Ability to follow instructions, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
