Yo! Sushi USA is opening its first NYC restaurant this month. This popular British chain will open its door at 23 West 23rd St. Featuring over 80 different Japanese dishes, serving up sushi, sashimi and more!

Similar to other kaiten restaurants, the colors of the plate will dictate the price of the meal.  It's an easy way to keep the tab on how much your bill will be as you grab, try, and taste the variety of dishes.  There will be plenty of New York City exclusive on the menu too.
