Memorial Day is on the last Monday in May every year. This year it falls on Monday, May 29, 2017.

Where are the Memorial Day Parades in NYC?

NYC hosts many parades at different boroughs and neighborhoods. The largest is in Queens starting at 1 pm on Grand Ave and 72nd St. In Brooklyn the parade starts at Bay Ridge at 78th St and 3rd Ave, time begins at 10 am. In Manhattan, the parade will take place along the Riverside Dr., and 89th St at 10 am.
